On the one hand, suddenly seeing 70% of bitcoin as a frozen asset would spike the price of the remaining liquid supply. On the other, having most of your users get the IRL banhammer would probably spook the fuck out of most holders and get them to sell off.

I think for stocks, most of the money that was invested in the firms delineated by the EO has already been moved out of them, which is why they popped at the end of last week.
