You can only reach a certain level of decentralization before delving into lunacy and hair splitting that mean precisely nothing. A vanity metric.

At a certain point you're either fully decentralized or you're not. Cardano will be fully decentralized as I suspect many other projects will betoo. It's not a big deal for 3rd gen chains.
