Probably 40% capital gains if it's from crypto. You won't see heavy, crippling regulations against crypto until most normies are awaken to how worthless fiat is. My plan is basically to make as much as I can in crypto and swap it to (real) gold and silver.

Rich people tend to be smarter than the average human walking around...
When you tax the rich too much, they put their money into tax exempt investments (e.g. municipal bonds), move to other states (e.g. zero state income tax states in the USA), and if the tax gets too high... they leave the country (capital flight) and invest to obtain citizenship elsewhere.

They'd be crazy to flee to China, Japan/Korea is within American sphere but still possible. Commonwealth is more socialist than America. Europe is more socialist than Commonwealth. South America/Russia/Eastern Europe/Africa is all corrupt and will steal. Middle East can be toppled easily.
