Bought PLTR LEAPS at $15 and sold them during that spike to $33.50 when reddit FOMO'd in. However, I bought Nov 2021 30c WAY too early during the drop, so for the past couple months I've been bagholding them. Down to -40% at the worst point. Should I sell them this coming week leading up to demo day or be greedy and hold through? I'm worried demo day might be a sell the news type of thing. I can't remember exactly, but I think I'm finally 5% in the green on them. I'd like to roll them into Jan 2022 since prices are similar. Maybe go slightly ITM. Market cap is already 60b, so I'm not sure exactly how much more it can rise over the year. Thoughts?

I'm sad that I didn't leave my money in it at $16, but I've got a decent gamble going on right now that will still make me more money. I bought a put when it was cheap on friday and that shit went up even as the stock climbed. I put some cash on the stock itself at $61, and if it goes up, I make money and will take profits on that. Once the squeeze ends and it starts cratering, my put will kick in for real and I'll collect on that value too.

Yes I'm aware of that, but a lot of people assume PLTR will drop after the lock up expiry, so it might be a self-fulfilling prophecy as people sell expecting a dump. Honestly I think it'll rocket after lockup expiry, but if I could sell the calls for a profit soonish and lower the cost basis on my LEAPS AND extend the expiration date, I'd prefer that since when I bought the LEAPS, they were roughly 1 year out, but they aren't anymore. I know my LEAPS don't expire till November, but watching them be red for 3 months sucked ass.

[CLSN]

Celsion Corp shot up 85.1% toward a six-month high in very active premarket trading, putting the stock on track to more than double in two days after the cancer drug development company disclosed that it terminated a previously announced share purchase agreement with Lincoln Park Capital (LPC).

Celsion has more than doubled over the past three months. This company is planning something BIG for February 2021 or next week based on the high option plays from yesterday. This upcoming week we may have some PR news or at least sometime next month. I have 400 shares at $2.08. Big bounce coming soon.

[CGIX]

Currently trading at $5 up 75% in after-hours trading on strong rumors of buyout by Gilead Sciences at $80 per share to be announced any day.

[CLSN]

Currently trading at $1.25 up 40% in after hours on rumored imminent Phase III Clinical Trial approval announcement, possibly tomorrow.

[ACST]

Acasti Pharma now has 2 analysts in total covering the stock. The consensus rating is ‘Buy’. The range between the high target price and low target price is between 3.15 and 1.89 with the average target price sitting at 2.52. With the stocks previous close at 0.63 this is indicating there is a potential upside of 300.0%.

https://www.directorstalkinterviews.com/acasti-pharma---consensus-indicates-potential-300.0-upside/412954122

[ONTX]

Up from 0.35 to 0.75 per share in 30 days on sufficient funding into 2022, pending announcements of positive results from pending drugs coming as soon as days or weeks. Look for a huge permanent spike tomorrrow. This will climb well over $10 a share in 4 days to 4 months.

Has anyone else completely abandoned things beyond money?

I think was right wing once but over the years of money and trading I completely abandoned all notions of nationalism and stuff and just want more money. I hate my nation for taxing me me and I find ethical concerns beyond profit laughable. Id readily sell the whole place out in exchange for money and transport kids to the gay camps for forced sex changes, if only you paid me to.
The only thing that remains is my hate for those commie bastards that want my money.

Not even being edgy. I just realized that really nothing but my personal wealth really has much effect on my life. Also I'm fucking drunk.

I’m not talking about some meme pump by Trump for giving them a fucking loan. I’m talking about a value play that has a stock trading well below its cash on hand while being the most heavily shorted stock on the market and has an upcoming catalyst which could launch it towards the stars. Various squeezes happen every single day, but nothing close to the level of GME based on fundamentals. Yes there’s shit like TSLA, but I honestly think that’s just a stock people use to make money with options and is overvalued as fuck.

Well since Thursday, I really had try to absorb as much as I can before I decided to jump ship. If you don't mind where do you go to find out how much a particular stock is floating. I would like to use that as an indicator when I should sell GME, (assuming if people keep track of that stuff in real time). Just to make sure 140% floating means that people loaned out 40% more of all available stock that's availaible? Like if there's only 100 real shares, people loaned out 40 more to create 140 shares total. I also hear the term crabbing. What is that? Is it a term for how a given stock is stagnant (well as stagnant as can be with its predictable ups and downs).

Honestly genuine question which I expect no good answer too. Considering the current scenario with GME what is stopping some mega-fish ie goldman-sachs or the like from shorting hard 20 minutes after open on monday until the share price is inevitably forced on a trajectory towards it's actual value ($10-15) . do reddit niggers actually think they can survive that? including the part with all the normies fomoing in AH and the start of monday morning getting shaken out. Even the shills admit it's a long road till it moons. If you can't afford to buy shares and sit on them for 1+ years, it might not be your stock. It has nowhere near the short % that GME did, so you can forget it behaving that way. It's also almost 50/50 retail to institutional investment, which you have could mean several things. It's definitely not too late, but nobody knows what it'll do for sure. You have to make your own decision, my friend. The market is the market, but if something is groundbreaking of incredibly lucrative, then nothing else matters.

I don't dispute that however I would like to put forth three points which can be disputed or not.

1. GME is a dying company. I think it's hard to disagree with this even if betting on some miracle restructure. Retail is a dinosaur currently, and GME adequately reflects that of the few people (generally oldgen console/handheld enthusiasts) who have set foot in a gamestop in the last 3 years anyone will tell you it is a sorry affair when compared to 15 years ago.
2. shorts lost the bet that GME would go bankrupt before the next console launch and this is the fallout from that.
3. people for some reason seem to think all shorts are static and locked in at $5-10 when they've likely been covering/reshorting as the price goes up.

This coupled with ATH greed and euphoria seems to be a clear sell signal. maybe it goes up to $100 like people are saying but at some point it is going to come plummeting down to reality like a rock.

So? Two completely different markets, equating them is bullshit. Chewy was founded a decade ago back when online sales wasn't nearly as competitive as it is now and Gamestop is not going to be able to outcompete Epic or Steam. Amazon still doesn't try hard in the pet market for some reason, I tried to buy an automatic cat litter box from them and all their prices were ridiculously high. They are however extremely competitive in gaming.

When you get to the point where you have to bring up a fucking online pet store owner as justification for why a failing company should be worth four billion dollars, you already lost the argument. GME is only at these prices because it's a million person strong pump and dump, very few of them have any plans to hold it past a week. BBBY is the next short squeeze but before that the next meme is BB which is not a squeeze, just a regular pump.

So buy on GOG and add it as a third party app through Steam. You still get overlay + friends + launcher while having DRM free GOG that you can share to friends. This is not only easy but financially savvy if you have literally anyone else that will do it with you. Stop giving Steam your money.

>Calculate what the profits will be around 2025-2030.
I have no clue how to do that. According to Yahoo finance they're gross profit over the year was almost 2B. https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/GME/key-statistics .How do I project this number to the next 5 years?
>internet cafe
These were just spots people went to to play starcraft or warcraft since they're internet is shit. Having a nerd hang out spot is different.
>People stream instead of going to movies.
Movies is a passive entertainment medium while games require interaction with people. Going to a hangout spot to trade pokemon with randos or have a friendly match of street fighter is a completely different experience than watching something in silence for 3 hours.

The problem with a regular pump in this clown world is that they don't crash, and people are baghlding the top for months, and not 'reinvesting" into the next pump, making the next pump that much weaker.
So I'm getting skeptical about BBBY, because the retards may not have enough steam when we get to it.

few things of takeaway from a quick read through of a forbes article abou amazon vs chewy.
1. chewy made it as a customer service focused model.
2. amazon put up almost 0 fight because their business model is that they don't care.
3. gaming much more easily falls into the second category than the first on everything from downloads to hardware.

You just revert to the same tired argument, "Daddy Cohen is going to save Gamestop" without any evidence to suggest that it's even possible regardless of his control of the board or how many peanuts emojis he posts on twitter.

Why the fuck would anyone buy an no-disk game from Gamestop instead of Epic, Steam or any number of good platforms that already exist and are integrated into systems people use? Why order a console from them when you can just pick one up from Amazon with same day shipping? Gamestop has no market once they've closed their stores. You actually fell for the bullshit people were saying to pump this stock.

Thanks for providing the evidence that indeed Nokia never held the majority of the market, and that there were half a dozen serious competitors.

Steam doesn't need that kind of support.

MSFT actually has hardware to sell and is also far less invested in gaming than Steam is. Also they are attempting an entrance into the PC market and this partnership is likely a means to an end for them. Steam however is the king of the hill full stop. They have 0 reason to capitulate to anyone and they've consistently shown it.

All your points are valid, as the other anon said I think some are buying the Cohen name like people buy the Musk name.
But GME atm is a battle of big fish, this happens a lot and retail investors have been fortunate enough to get on the winning side
