No it's not understandable. Uniswap is open source and they are not "obsolete". Plenty of open source tech makes tons of money. If something claims to be "decentralized" it needs to be open source. If it's not then it is centralized simply by the fact that all cannot see what it claims to do.

What is the fucking tokenomics for 1inch?
Uniswap has liquidity pools which give it a basis for sound tokenomics in the future. Meanwhile 1inch is just an aggregator.... it is meant for people too dumb to look on coingecko where the best liquidity is.

It's the best at both, which it needs to be. Sushiswap is better for liquidity providers but has nothing that would make me prefer to exchange on it. I actually earn more from Uniswap as Uniswap has higher volume. Swappers who want less fees would use some platform that has less fees but no one would provide liquidity.
