They look okay at a glance, but the text can be partly nonsensical, especially look at their profile/bio. Usually they have single-digit follower count (but not always). Or made the account recently. Or made it in 2016 but never tweeted till this week. The real tell is like 10 of them appearing on the #GME feed all saying the exact same garbled hashtagged thing, retweeting a lot but never saying anything, etc.
