Here's a tip from an Eastern European bro:
Go to Romania. It's cheap (not as cheap as Ukraine or the other Balkan countries but lmao those are even worse), women are pretty, extremely good and cheap internet connectivity, and beautiful countryside.
People left in droves, around 12 million Romanians are out of the country so most of the properties are fucking VACANT.
Buy a countryside home.
