You should only use limits, never use market, I don't see a need for stops either.

Market will buy at whatever price, useful only if you want to buy or sell asap. Not very useful at all.

Limit will let you set the price at whatever you want. So only buy if below 'X' or only sell if the price is 'X' or above.

Just use limits. As you invest more you can look into the other options but limits are all you need and should use imo.

You underestimate the cost of cheap protein right now. Where I live, on the east coast, farm raised salmon is still twice as expensive as chicken, wild caught is unbelievably expensive to the general population. I still buy farm raised as a treat every once in awhile because its good for you and tasty.
