don't like SPACs unless buying close to $10 pre merger target announcement and then selling on the initial pop, SPACs are heavily dilutive to the common shareholder. the reason all these SPACs are popping up is because it's a way for the management team to get paid. also a lot of the companies that are getting taken public are VC backed garbage losing money and the only reason the companies became more valuable is because they continuously found a new VC to give them more money at a higher valuation and public shareholders are going to be left holding the bag. it seems like the company isn't VC backed garbage in this case but the company not being bullshit isn't a good reason to touch SPACs, since as I mentioned SPACs are highly dilutive. meme vehicle.
