yes but ETH and USDT (erc20 token running on ethereum) have very high tx fees right now and it will be slow. Depending on how much you want to buy, if it's not that much you should buy LTC on coinbase, send to the exchange, then trade LTC to usdt, then buy avax.
Also if you're not a burger don't use gate but binance or okex instead. they have much better liquidity and lower fees than gate.
