I came across the exact same amounts, went to almost 10k and was so glad that I greeded maximum, to then come back to 3k...
I'm now at 50k, not much, but still, my mistakes served me for better mindset trading and holding. Your emotions are not you enemies, they give you good info on how to trade. Use them wisely, and learn from your mistakes.

You get greedy and think you can double up that shit very fast
Once I crossed $100k (a few weeks ago) I started to gamble around on retarded food coins with a few k (like $2000 at the time, so not much at all compared to my whole portfolio)
It was nerve wrecking and I ended up losing $1k
I thought I could take the fast lane and forgot everything I learned. I was luckily not that retarded as you and started betting everything on random shitcoins.
But yeah, the lesson here is the same for both of us:

Not in life, and not even in Crypto. Crypto in a way is already a shortcut compared to conventional markets. But if you think you can make it big in a few weeks, then that's not going to work out for you. Focus on fundamentally strong projects where you know they will go up.
Yes there are shitcoins like RBC (a literal fucking scam pump and dump) who can give you 50x in a matter of weeks. But remember as a rule of thumb: The faster something goes up, the faster it comes down again. This goes for every shitcoin out there and for everything else. Even Ethereum came all the way crashing down to $80 again from $1200
Do your research and don't gamble anon. Then you might make it. But I think it's a smart idea to go away for a few weeks. Historically February always showed a correction in the markets. But who knows. I think BTC actually might cross $50k next week.

I’m now back at around 800k, around half of what I would have had, and honestly better primed. It happens to us all, and you’re better to have learned this now, than having gotten up to 6 figure hell and starting to gamble and lose hard. Just make sure to reflect on why you did what you did, and the emotional state you were that led you to do that I.e was it a dopamine euphoric mindset or a anxiety desperation mindset; next time you notice yourself in that mindset be very aware of your thought patterns and decision making.
