Is the stock market in a bubble? I have this gut feeling it needs to collapse soon, but nothing is making sense any more.

It ranked last year due to COVID and will tank this year because of why the fuck not. Just assume there’s a bubble and that bubble will pop every 4 years or so and you’ll be fine

We probably have a few more years of insane asset bubbles. The SPX ran nearly 500% in the decade leading up to March 2000 and nearly 700% since the 1987 crash. The SPX is now up x3 in the last decade and nearly 500% since the 2008 crash. While I admit were in a clown market, it feels like we have some time to go before we see peak clown market. I am using the current and upcoming bubble as a chance to amass my fortune.

I always wonder if those in charge (at the FED for example) really know what they're doing, or if they're actually as stupid as they appear. What say you?

There's a hiring freeze at many tech companies. Growing companies hire more people. Stagnant companies don't. What happens when investors see less-than-stellar earnings reports for several quarters straight? They're going to dump the stock.

don't know what reality you're living in but it definitely isn't the present. the "fundamentals" are broken.
