I have lost 10 k doing that shit when I first got into crypto. all you have to do, and I mean this with all my heart, is not sell. if you believe in a project, put your money in and look once a day/once a week. legit projects have these swings because early adopters know what the true potential price can be for a certain project. don't sell untill AT LEAST $2-3 I'm holding for much higher but take some gains and diversify on new projects when you see one come around. good luck rubichads
