Central banks will be forced to raise rates, if inflation even significantly ticks up above the 20 year yields the massive amounts of foreign held cash and bonds will come flooding back into the US, we are the reserve currency. The fed cannot afford to keep rates at zero without instantly destroying the entire monetary systrm if foreign countries decide to derisk their USD holdings and not rollover assets
