It's not, it's more about keeping the population growth steady rather than declining. It requires cash. Biotechs get cash with dilution. AQB has diluted me 3 times, only newfags think this is the first time; and I'm still up.
The insiders dilute everyone and buy the new shares, this is a way to wrest more control at the expense of putting your own money on the line. This is all in public filings. They don't need an unknown amount of money, they are on a schedule to raise a specific amount of money in line with a publicly filed expansion strategy being executed this year.
This is called looking deeper at the company's specific circumstances.

Thanks lads, they were Lithium companies specifically LITH.VN and LI.VN, LI.VN (American Lithium Corp) is going insane right now and has been since last week, It has already gained 0.22 cents per share since I sold which I feel bad about but I was able to sell near the top of LITH.VN so can't win them all. These are the rest of my positions, I know it is a mess and that is why I am trying to consolidate them all into just a few selling off some good ones or trying to buy into them again at a dip. I feel for the AMC and NOK meme as well when I first started. I should have stayed in on LI.VN as it's going to the moon right now on it's way to 4 dollars and I sold at 3.40, maybe I will try to buy back in in a dip or something but it seems unusual for the company so maybe it will dump.

I still have about 2500 CAD sitting in my questrade account to put in some other things just waiting for the right moment or new company but for the most part just trying to clean up my positions. I have a bunch of small positions from when I first started that I just need to get rid of.

Yeah, I fell for the meme pretty hard the second money got in my account I bought into the two big memes falling for the shilling that it was the next GME but lesson learned to not invest in meme stocks until I know what I am doing more. LI.VN is on an absolute moon mission right now, it hit 4.21 and is now back around 3.95. Would have been nice to sell at 4.21 but I made out with a nice profit, I think I just need to focus on numerous small wins and those will equate to one large big gamble win where I could be burned and probably leave trading like a beta.

Should I sell CARR or buy more and sell covered calls on it? Crabby piece of shit but it's the closest thing to a blue chip I have.

It's selling the potential upside. I'm looking at MJ right now, I can buy 100 shares for $3100 and then sell someone a call at a $40 strike expiring in March, this means they can buy my shares at $40 any time between now and then. Usually they'll only do that if it actually moves up enough that they can sell it for even more. They pay me $300 premium for the call which is unusually high, around 10% of the capital I put up. If MJ somehow goes to $50 I'm going to get bogged, because someone has a right to buy it off me at only $40. I still made a profit though. And if it stays under $50 I just keep the $300, and the shares. Pretty sweet.
Don't do it on memes and moonshots unless you're okay getting your shares called away. If you turn your whole port into covered calls you'll never capture a big win ever again, so use it selectively to add stability and lower risk in your port as a whole.
