2. gas fees are due to congestion and transaction speeds on eth network. L2 will help a lot and will be necessary for REEF to succeed in the retail space. also, since REEF is on DOT, it works cross chain and will tap into other chains' defi projects
3. the biggest problem with REEF is that there are 20b tokens. however, with collator node staking and adding burn through governance (since reef is also the governance token), it wont be that bad

i havent heard anything about reef having a wallet but there are two good things on the horizon for reefers in terms of gas fees

one is L2 eth protocol, which despite the fud is going to happen eventually.

the other is DOT projects being able to mint their own tokens on the DOT chain (which is happening this year). ultimately reef is going to have to be able to swap its token across chains like some BSC/ETH tokens are currently able to

this is all speculation of course
