That's a good question, as far as i know it's a matter of running it's numbers then comparing it's stock price to other companies in the same sector with similar numbers.

For example you could compare the price of HEAR to the price of CRSR and see that if HEAR is doing just as well financially as CRSR but it's stock is cheaper, then HEAR might be a buy because there is a good chance it will eventually jump to CRSR price. On the other hand if HEAR looks like shit compared to CRSR it's reasonable that HEAR is cheaper. Then you also have to figure that CRSR was just hyped like a motherfucker so maybe that's the only reason it's so expensive.

I really don't know if this is the way it's traditionally done though. I know Market cap is a good way to gauge as well.
