Looks like you need to eat more meals and snack in between. I assume youre accustomed to one huge meal a day given your stats and response. Break up your meals to be more often with calorie dense foods. Don't eat like shit though because that will make you feel bad and all the processed food will just make you skinny fat. Consume a lot of healthy fats as those are calorie dense. Snack on nuts, add some butter and oil to your foods, eat avodado, yogurt/cheese if you're not lactose intolerant. Honestly dumping avocado to a lot of your meals helps. Trail mix is excellent for just snacking on. bags of almonds wont fill you up and they have tons of calories.

Very good advice. I would reccomend you lift. Lift heavy weight. Start with 5x5 (https://stronglifts.com/5x5/).). It's literally 25 reps of THREE different exercises every second day.
