Do a test. Tie your shoes. Do you think about what you're doing while you're doing it to the point that you don't really experience tying your shoes unless you consciously try to? Or do you feel the laces and your hands and all that shit while you do it? If it's the former, do CBT. If it's the latter, do DBT. If you are honest and choose correctly, it should work for you the way it has worked for legions of others in your situation.
