The sorts of people who take high risks hoping for 5-10x's on pajeet shitcoins are the same people who end up losing all their money on those same pajeet coins. It's basically just gambling. Some get lucky, but most lose over the long run.

With $1k you could probably invest in a medium/high MC project with a working product and legit community and end up with $5k by the end of the bull run. There are no short cuts. If you're going to take higher risks, your reward potential goes up, but you will probably just end up part of the 95% of losers.

A 1.5 will be very achievable, just make sure you actually pull your profits. If you can be comfortable making those small trades without gas fucking you, you'll make money.

Note that how much you make depends on when the bull run ends. I wouldn't expect many people to still be making money by December, the crash will for sure happen before then.

I started investing in December 2017 and turned $700 into $36k. A lot of my initial stack was made from writing arbitrage bots and bots that gamed one particular EOS ponzi dapp that no longer exists. Once I had about $10k I just put everything in BTC/LTC and held.

Don't listen to the mediocre losers here, anon. I literally did a 5x at the end of my first week in crypto, during this bull run. All you have to do is look into very early projects with good fundamentals, invest and hold until you are satisfied with the money you have. 25-100x is all realistic and beyond that is possible if you are extremely smart and lucky. What you need to do is follow the biggest crypto twitter accounts with the best reputations, critically consider the projects they shill (if you want good gains only go in if it's an extremely early project) and hoooooooold. Go to investopedia, youtube and twitter to gain a bit of a feel for how the market moves to make proper decisions. I'd recommend you invest 900 in a good low-cap altcoin to hold and maybe keep 100 to swing-trade (trade on a weekly or less basis) and gamble on shitcoins. You might get lucky and gain another 1-5k to invest into a proper project. Good luck anon, if you stay smart about this you will make it. Love you.

You seem like you're a smart guy and you have a good feel for how the market moves so I think you'll be fine. I would suggest you don't swing too much because it will only take one bad trade to lose most of your profit and original investment. Maybe once you have a good 5k invest that in 2-3 good projects and let it ride for a while. I'm sure you'll have you're own strategy though. Just educate yourself well and you'll make it. I started with $800 in the beginning of the year and now I have 5k. I'm hoping to get 25k to pay for my tuition by September. Wish me luck.

Come back to reality for a second and remember that give or take 10%(1/250th of what you are asking for) is what most people consider decent returns on the year.
Also remember that for every success story you've been seeing there are countless failures and you'll likely be one of them.

Given your stats and experience you'd be lucky to break even. Do your research and don't blow it all on shitcoins and PnD memestocks and you'll probably see a nice return in the percents, not multiples.
