If an artist is coming to your club, you need to bring him to have fun (e.g expensive restaurants, house parties, hookers etc) as this is pretty much what sells you. The nightclub industry also varies greatly from area to area, litoral cities as mine have monopolies of civil construction & real estate companies that invest their profits in nightclubs, as they also like to party.
