Binance paused transactions from THEIR OWN EXCHANGE to the Binance Smart Chain network for some "maintenance". BSC itself is unaffected and the other on/offramps work fine, it's only binance.com's BEP20 exchanges that are down but since both are Binance branded, it's easy to FUD illiterate retards into believing that the network is somehow down as well.
