If you want to make it, don't listen to them.
In the last 45 days I've made close to 150k in profits (EUR), just buy following the trends. I would invest 5k in a coin and set a sell limit to 0.8 x initial investment, follow the price chart for 2h manually and update the sell limit accordingly, at that point I'd just check in every 2-4h and update the sell limit again raising it by some % each time. The key however to make in it is to pull out when you're at a 3x unless you can justify going further, if I can justify it, I'll set a sell order at 3-4x and wait for it to go further, the most I've made from one coin is a 8x return, the biggest loss I've had is 0. However I sold my DOGE at 0.4 and not at 0.7 so I guess that could count as a loss, for reference I would have made an additional ~9k had I had more steady hands, but in hindsight it's fine because not being greedy is the key to making it IMO.
