I'm getting a house maybe next month. I have $10k in cash from gibs and more coming. My dad is giving me $5k and my bro is giving me $5k. My dad is going to find a house that needs renovations and is going to fix it up. I'm making decent gains in crypto so that I never have to work in an office or pay rent. I'm going to have the whole house to myself until the pandemic gibs run out, I got lucky with Biden too. I know for sure I will have more in savings than my Pharmacy friends who worked their asses off for six years. Their gfs will be all over me because I gamed the system. All I worked was Dunkin Donuts and Dominoes Delivery. I'm 26.
