Solo mining configuration guide
1. Download the PandaCoin wallet Not yet released, but you can set up the directories and the miner
2a. Run and close the wallet so the initial files get created
2b. Edit/Create %APPDATA%\PandaCoin\pandacoin.conf

contents of pandacoin.conf:

3. Run the wallet (pandacoin-qt.exe)
