I have recently heard about Kinesis, it's like you put your phys there and it grows also in gold or silver but i personally wouldn't exchange my phys for an opportunity to make it grow
I would either create a business and save half of the net income in shiny rocks or buy land, build houses and rent them at very affordable prices so they will always be rented, 10 houses at 300/mo will give you more than 6 houses at 400/mo
