Multiple things will lead me to a certain stock. I mostly scalp VIX and leveraged ETFs, as well as individual stocks that are pumping. For the individual stocks that pump I look at what has caused them to pump and what sort of social traction they have. Another thing I look for is if a PnD stock hits resistance and can't break it even if it has high volume. That usually means it will pump up in AHs from its closing price by a little bit. It doesn't work with every stock but I made some nice scalps off of SNDL and DNN by waiting until the AHs pump.

Mom found my grandma collapsed on the floor Saturday, she may have been there al Friday night with a broken hip, I found out that a woman I had a lot of interest in just saw a lot of our chemistry as a casual fling thing when I wanted and assumed it was something more long term and things kind of fell apart from there at Valentine's day.
My best friend's son may be dying, has some kind of rare lung condition and Christ the kid's just one, that shouldn't be happening to that family, they're good people.
I can't get anywhere in life. Lately, it seems like everything I touch turns to shit. My area is really low cost and standard of living, so the 4k I put into the market was really deep into my pockets, so watching SOXL break under its own weight hurt all the more, as it feels like I'll never actually hit 5 digits in my life, since I had to drop out of college to help the farm when my dad got cancer, and then it turns out he forgot to alter his will, so it got left to my sister in law who has done nothing with it over the past fifteen years, when I would have loved to work it. A coworker I thought was a good friend put in his two weeks and didn't tell me, tomorrow's his last day.
I'm not even sure if I'm sad right now, I'm just so exhausted and nothing helps. Sometimes I think I want to die, but I'd never kill myself. A part of me wishes for the collapse, not because I want to hurt anyone, but because maybe then I could be justified going in the woods and passing away without it totally breaking my mom and brother's heart.

I can relate to that. I had some PLTR LEAPS I got a few days before lock up expiry (lol) and knew the price would drop, so I got 2 35p that expired 1 month out. I actually timed selling the puts pretty well since PLTR was crabbing at $25 most of that day. Sold the puts and averaged down on my LEAPS. Had I not done this, I think I'd be down -40%+ on them right now. Although if I just fucking waited for the lockup expiry I'd have twice as many LEAPS, but oh well lesson learned.
