I'm kind of feeling the same way as I'm late 20s too. I'm kicking myself in the ass for not getting into LINK and ETH back in 2016 when I was on /biz/. It would have been so nice to be young and free to just "enjoy life". That said it's not over, you still have a chance to make it, we both do. There is a point if you do make it in your 30s - you will still be relatively young and you can still enjoy a majority of your natural life span free! And since you'll be rich, you can offer to pick up tabs for friends, help fund trips, whatever so that their only excuse would be not having the time.
