The only way they could really get inventory flow is through exploiting their book records for some actual investment.

I know that. But if enough capital is indirectly raised here, gamestop could be something other than a doomed company. They could turn this into an investment in anything.

The problem there is expertise in the new venture they go into with this new found capital. There is also the problem of dumping. The dumping should be stopped by law because "haha you deserve it for trying to P&D". There's is clear public policy and prerogative to stop this action right?
