yes, maybe, but Tezos will soon implement a Tendermint like consensus. Tenderbake will scale Tezos together with layer 2. I think Tezos is more undervalued than Cosmos right now, so I will be buying XTZ while it´s so low. Tezos is more decentralized than cosmos, but cosmos had many projects.
