For the uninitiated, it's a pennystock that has recently got pumped 10x based on very good news that their facility got out of R&D and actually works. This is not a regular pennystock PnD, it's actual good news and de-risking. Only one risk event is left, see below.

They are positioning to be the canadian GEVO. Symbol is CMC, market cap is 316.
They will make 8MGpY renewable diesel per facility, and they have 5 planned facilities, so 40MGpY by around 2023. The facilities will be paid for by venture capital money, so not dilution or debt. Their profit margin is huge, because the feedstock is basically free. Based on these (I can share numbers), the non-clownworld price target is around $0.6-$0.8. Clownworld of course is very forward looking, so it can go to around $2-$4 based on speculation alone.

Risk points:
- If the desulfurization doesn't work, they will basically go bankrupt in the summer. They plan to try it before the end of April
- They are basically a dilution city, issuing tens of millions of shares and warrants each month. They did one big offering in November, which should cover them for like 4 months, and since the stock price is huge right now, they will have to issue way less for the same money
- There are tens of millions of outstanding warrants, which will be force-excercised if the stock prices stays above $0.5 for 5 days. This does not mean immediate price drop, since many warrant holders might just keep holding.

The key is to wait for VIX to drop below 20 (18-20 is realistically ideal range) for you to buy SPX LEAPS puts so that you buy it when volatility is at its lowest.
