I don't understand timing market entries and exits in crypto.

Where I can find solid info on that, preferrably explanatory videos

Or should I apply for a job at local McDonalds?

crypto cred has a series of good lectures on youtube. one specifically on entries.

losing a shit ton of money and trying to figure out why it didnt go your way works too

Unless you have insider info there's no way to "time the market." It's easy to buy something one day and sell it a bit later and think you are big brain. But for everytime it dips and you can buy in for cheaper another time it will keep rising and you will miss out on 20x the potential profits. If you believe in something just buy and hold. Personally I don't believe in bitcoin long-term but that's for a different thread

I'm a momentum trader. Basically that means you use ta in a very limited manner. When momentum is slowing in one direction, use your sells or buys to push towards the other direction. Rinse and repeat.

I hate that most alts pump simultaneosly with BTC, like a fucking clockwork. If you don't follow BTC, you are basically in the dark

I don't have that much money to have influence on momentum

Just don't. Hold good projects and don't sell.
All the people who tethered up over the weekend predicting some mega crash are now having to buy back in and their stack size has been decimated.

get into a habit of not just checking USDT base pairs but also BTC base to find out how your coins are performing during BTC volatility.

they may be moving in the same direction but at a different magnitude
