This is not an official ChartEx coin, it's stated on several places in their TG that they do not still have a BEP-20 token, just ERC-20.

"The ChartEx token (CHART) that is required for premium features is currently only available as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum.

CHART tokens are not available on the BSC network. At this time there is no BEP-20 equivalent.

The team is exploring ways to make the token available on BSC, however we will only proceed with this if this can be done in a safe and secure manner that does not put our users' funds at risk of an exploit or other attack vectors. This means however that currently we do not have an ETA."
