I just had my first kid a week ago

I honestly don't know how anyone survives until adulthood. SIDs is scary. Every time I hear our kid wake up at night im thinking she's choking on barfed up milk or suffocating in her swaddle.

Last night I woke up thinking I was holding her in the bed and that she got lost in the bed sheets and that she was going to suffocate. You are running on like 3 hrs of sleep so your aren't thinking straight.
