Anyone else doing this?

i don't see the big deal doesn't celsius already do that?

>> No.30024267

Is this legit? Safe? That would be an interesting yield on a portion of my stack

>> No.30024825

5%? thats trash i might as well put the money in a dividend etf

>> No.30025084

I got 50k in usdc on there earning 7.6% in btc instead of usdc (flex earnings). I just swing trade usdc to btc on the dips and its been growing ever since, I pay a higher percent on the trades. I believe its a little more expensive then coinbase and much more expensive then binance. But while it sits there I am earning like 20 bucks a day in interest paid monthly.

Sell usdc at 46k btc. Sell btc at 51k btc. If I do a bad trade well... Im stuck holding btc like I would anyways at 6% apy.

BlockFi is better than Celsius imo. They got no utility coin bullshit, they got a credit card on the way, plus they got an etf and solid backers like Thiel venture company and coinbase venture capital and someone else interesting but cant remember. Some dude already made a mill in interest on there and blockfi gave him a belt. Id say do it.

Good write up. It’s always sketch giving someone my link ya know?

Wonder what staking will really be and blow APY out of the water

Are you in America? Wondering how the tax portion of it would work. Pay short term gains say 1 million at 5% is 50k a year minus -~25% so 37.5k a year earned? This doing it right?

It's too scammy. I'm staying on AAVE staking BALANCER. Good luck tho

In terms of fiat value it's a lot more than 5% in practice if you believe the price of those coins will continue to rise over time... which you probably do if you're willing to hold crypto long enough to get interest. It's basically mining but without the electricity costs, although with some risk involved since you have to trust that BlockFi won't go under or exit scam.

Imagine holding an asset for a year to get a 5% gain when the same asset can easily lose or gain 5% in a matter of hours. I'm not sure words exist to describe this level of retardation.

that's better than swinging link like a degen and losing a bunch of your stack like a lot of anons have done

Are you kidding? What has that to do with anything? If you don;t take the interest out you have 5.5% more Link after a year, regardless of the token value.
I really hope you're having a laugh, anon

I just made fun of a retard for theoretically selling link. Again, what about what I wrote implies that I don't understand blockfi interest on link is paid in link?

WGAF? Nexo already offers like 7% on LINK AND gives you a credit line equivalent to roughly 30% of your holdings (which if you are smart you will use to buy NEXO tokens to increase your % interest received and receive dividends).

Nexo is the only token of mine that has gone +20% in this correction.
