OGN is a utility token by Origin.
Origin built a decentralized open-source ecommerce framework on top of the ethereum network called Dshop.
Dshop has integrated NFT functionalities like an auction system and a marketplace.
Bids and trades of NFTs are usually transacted using stable coins instead of ethereum due to non-slippage and avoiding high gas fees.

ETH is just a token, it is not a platform to conduct any sort of NFT transactions which is what Dshop does.
