That's a small subsection of the population. I'm not saying landlords shouldn't exist or that a person that owns and rents a single home is a terrible person but they're occupying an already crowded space with all of the other people hoarding housing stock. I'm not concerned enough to get numbers but that's got to be a relatively small component of the housing crunch and it's the least egregious really.
