Why don't you just have a comfy job where you can browse biz and trade and nobody gives a shit?

Can you actually get away with lying like that?

I haven't had a "traditional" job in 10 years, just self-employing gigs and selling stuff on eBay/Etsy.

Don't employers want references to verify past job positions or do you just need to talk-no-jutsu some bullshit and appear to be socially acceptable/"qualified on paper" for the job?

>> No.30178970

Im 33 and never had a job

I have zero gap in my unemployment, because you have to have had a job to begin the unemployment gap.

I am literally more employable than 99% of biz

just give out fake details and answer the phone in a funny accent, or only give "buisness emails" if you can't be arsed with that spaghetti

hell you can buy cheap domain names to make it even more legit seeming, its not like they'll trawl company registrys looking for proof

If you're applying to startups, they don't have the resources to do extensive background checks. If you're applying to prestigious jobs or big companies, they probably will request references or look into your schooling. If you intend to apply to those jobs, you better have some friends lined up who can pretend to be your former coworkers or bosses.

>> No.30182004

>>30178920
Yes. It is incredibly easy. Just claim you were doing a startup or independent consulting. If you're in a place where HR are autistic enough to consistently ask for proof, get a domain name and set it up to look like a small business.

people tend to understand the redpill about employment: it's more about how you present yourself than how hard you work
but then there's the blackpill. you're still playing by the rules when you "break the rules" in that way. this condemns you to middle end wagecuck jobs at best
being earnest becomes a competitive advantage in the higher spheres. people who have a lot of money don't need nor care about your bullshit. the hardest quality to buy is honesty

The last time a manager pulled that shit on me, it was because he was planning to fire me and was going to document "did not do Y and Z in the time allocated."

He literally gave me three days for something he already knew would take a minimum of two weeks.

Fuck you, Mark, wherever you are, you scumbag.
