I've massively cut back. I was putting 6-8 hours a day into gaming. Haven't touched one for 4 weeks since launching my portfolio & I'm taking more breaks from my PC. I haven't had any booze during that period either. The only bad thing is that I've exercised less. Once I'm a bit more confident in leaving things alone for a few hours I'll start cycling again.
