Why would IOTA pump?

>> No.30349858

Oh don't worry about that, I've put in 10 grand when it hit $1
This is a long term hold, if it delivers all the promises till end of the year, it unironically will 10x if not 100x.

Why would I put money into this when I could put it into an easier 10x
Shill this to institutions instead.

Are you implying that shit like tron is going to pull a 10x?
Because you're strictly talking about price, not marketcap.

I've been eyeing IOTA. Thinking about throwing down my own suicide stack. The institutional involvement has my interest. Haven't really researched it. I'm all ears for why it would 10x in a year.

Two massive updates this year making the already functional test net to becoming mainet.. Update 1 is chrysalis I won't explain everything but the reusable addresses part will bring more listings on exchanges. And update 2 is getting rid of the coordinator making the coin fully centralized

Getting rid of the coordinator is going to make it fully decentralized, not centralized.
Just correcting I know it was a typo, nobody would see that as a pro.

Buy IOTA
CfB lawyers up
Judge takes your IOTA distributes it to CfB

CfB splits the share with his IOTA Foundation buddies

You bagholder. Again, a second time.

I really love the idea of IOTA and the Tangle network which seems to work much more beautifully than blockchain, but I also believe that lone fighters are not going to make it in the crypto space. Network effect is not to be underestimates. Ethereum and Bitcoin are the top coins because of their network effect. BNB and ADA and DOT can all run the Ethereum Virtual Machine and at least theoretically bridge Ethereum and make use of its network. How can Iota integrate any of these networks?
Crypto is a world of coexistence and cooperation, not competition. Can someone explain this? Otherwise it will just be a ghost chain.

last month everyone said bnb, a total shitcoin run by an asian scam artist was going to usurp eth. the market is fickle. but yes, the network effect is important. but if a competitor could build something that showed promise of being superior and the right applications were built on it, the floodgates would open.

The most likely future is some finance stuff runs on ETH where it has key funding already and it isnt that much of a benefit to swap to IOTA. But most things IRL will pass through IOTA vs ETH. Overall a collaboration.

You can't beat feeless at scale.

Ever since the Bitcoin killers all failed with their fee argument that's not enough for me. If I want feeless I go PayPal and centralized finance. A project needs more arguments than fees. As shown with ETH people are willing to pay hundreds of dollars for decentralization. As shown with Bitcoin, people are willing to bear slower transaction times for security

They said by end of this year/early next year, it will depend on how everything else goes this year as removing the coordinator is more important.
I truly believe iota will blow up, for several reasons as long as the coordinator is removed.
Feeless defi and wrapped BTC and other tokens are two of the reasons I am incredibly bullish on it. Being able to be transferred BTC for free and in less than 10 seconds is huge if it's decentralised there would be no reason not to hold the wrapped version on IOTA's network. Yes it won't give iota direct value but by holding iota you gain mana so your transactions have priority. It will also encourage further use of the iota network, I truly believe iota will be top 5 in the next few years and top 3 in the next 8-10. Obviously dyor but I truly think anyone not at least paying attention to iota right now is making a huge mistake.

I'm fine with IOTA being a sleeper. I hold a little bit just in case people suddenly realize its potential, but first I'm gonna ride the BSC and ADA DeFi hype this year and then take my profits into IOTA.

Good to hear you're going to keep an eye on it and potentially invest later I don't think it will blow up as fast as people think so it's not a bad plan.

the daily rejection at the highs on the usd and btc pair looks kinda shitty short term. though equal highs always get tapped so it's just a matter of time before it breaks, but i guess this means maybe a week before break out.

I don't get your post, you say you don't care about fees, that you would go centralized for that, but then you ramble about how decentralization is great because of security?
IOTA is going to have both, no fees and complete decentralization once the coordinator is replaced by the end of this year.
