Stakenet DEX currently is in beta testing. They have L2 BTC<->ERC20 swaps currently, which is a world first of connecting BTC and ETH blockchains over L2.
Of the current options in development and already out IMO it's pretty clearly the best DEX.
But honestly I'd DYOR if you can. You will feel much better about your decision whether it's a buy or pass.

The DEX will have taker pays maker fees, incentivizing liquidity providers to put limit orders in the orderbook as they will get negative fees. There are other very useful articles on the medium, and their whitepaper is worth a read.
