This shit is absolutely legit. The main things that sold me were a livestream done a couple weeks ago (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YHsVUJ9JQ4)), where the creator of Jupiter was talking to someone building a fitness app on top of the technology, and an AMA the creator did where he mentioned Jupiter was licensed to sell to the department of defense.
For the coin to have such a low price, have apps being built on top of it already, and get licensed for use by the fucking US government, it just does not add up to me. I'll be shocked if this coin doesn't explode as soon as the website gets redone and there's an easy place to sell newcomers on the ecosystem.
