put tokens in pool
recieve rewards and fees
every week a 0.25x multiplier is retroactivley applied to your stake till it reaches max of 2x
after 30 days you gain 30% protection against impermanent loss (IL) which is normal for liquidity pooling
thereafter your IL protection ticks up 1% each day till you reach 100% IL protection.

so after staking for 100 days you have recieved rewards+fees and suffer no IL.
