In the American West here, everything sprawls out for miles and miles and the further west you go, the sparser it gets with fewer options for alternate transportation until you hit the coast.

We all have cars because they're basically required to live and function day to day over here, but in recent years it's been improving.

Living in europe, the only thing I have against electric vehicles is they might be the final straw for the old manual/stick cars which are still by far the majority here.
