I am a token dev and I want to make another token, I am not a jeet, never rugged in my life, and I wonder if I should go for an ETH or BNB token.

Depends. ETH gas is low and ETH became a lot cheaper in general, so using ETH becomes viable again for tokens. If you make a serious token with a use case (or a long term high quality memecoin) go for ETH. If you just wanna make a cheap shitcoin for fun thats called something like NiggerInu, go for BSC
