So what you're saying is retail has left the space and that only smart money is left? Time to accumulate.

kind of
more what i am saying is that it is a pvp market still
the bear really is not new money entering the place
it's just the same players playing musical chairs during one of the last remaining narratives

those major drops coincided with the destruction of the cefi circus
and they stopped since the last deleveraging event in june
thats over a month and a half ago, this is old news, come back with this if the outflow continues and is driven by retail

>>50663526
it was scams leaving the place, both whale and retail wallets have been accumulating all the way

cope: the post

what do you think destruction of cefi circus means for retail and how much stables there are to pump your bags?

>> No.50664018

>>50663986
good news as the institutional shorting stops
and you know they make more stables when applicable right
the money didnt get destroyed it just moved to smarter holders, everybody that lost on cefi deserves it

you know back after mt gox this kind of fud had a lot more impact but then just like now the space moves on, not giving one fuck

better to ask what gains you made

>price slightly above/below production cost
why the fuck is there a false narrative that BTC costs 20k to produce? companies can produce BTC profitability at 10k. stop being a faggot. read some publicly traded mining companies quarterly statements.

>> No.50668088

>>50667965
pretty sure thats an aggregate of all current miners, not the cheapest possible value as reported in goosed up quarterly statements
https://en.macromicro.me/charts/29435/bitcoin-production-total-cost
feel free to provide a better source but 1 miner does no an ecosystem make

>> No.50668585

>>50668088
I just don't see the argument for analyzing average production cost when there is so much bad debt/finance and old machines that will inevitably get flushed out
it happens every cycle. in 2018-2019, there was a brief period of time where THE MOST EFFICIENT AND LATEST GEN ASIC was unprofitable at $0.04/kwh.
since mining is always evolving in terms of actors and hardware, it is best to analyze the most efficient machine and look at the bottom-line there. Because the truth is, tons of miners can go out of business on their 2-3 Gen old asics and it wouldn't matter. Bitmain (and friends) will always be on the latest hardware at a bigger scale leading the market. it's not a fair game so stop analyzing a fair average.
>once waste-heat utilization becomes standard practice for industrial miners this will become even more irrelevant of a metric

>> No.50668603

>>50668585
ok fren keep nitpicking on the one metric that was discussed i am sure that will be productive
just keep waiting on the sidelines sub 10k soon

>They gotta print and pump my bags!
>Inflation peaked this time for real

The fact that you think that was an eloquent or useful post is almost as sad as the fact that you doubt you could have phrased it better.

>> No.50668910

>>50668737
yes keep waiting for sub 10k you will be richly reward
just wait a little longer, ignore all the mumus and bagholders they are just coping

14k lol, implying waiting for 14k instead of taking it at 18k is worth the risk, at least if you said 5k it could be worth it
but let me assure you even if it goes to 14k i will still be quite happy with my buy in point
