Ever since the stock split didn't kick off the MOASS, I've actually sold my entire position and dumped it into AMC. Easiest 10% gain of my life. Highly recommend that we all temporarily jump ship - AMC has the momentum right now while GME is going to continue crabbing downwards. It's likely that HFs will try to flash crash GME right before MOASS, so the buy-in point should be obvious.

Just my two cents. Helps in the long run since ultimately you'd be able to buy more GME. Also kind of nice that Adam Aron actually gives a shit about his investors and doesn't go silent for weeks at a time only to return with poop tweets and emojis.

am I understanding this right:
the fact that there are synthetic shares around as long as real shares isn't a problem until a recall (or other unusual event) forces accounting to return the 300 or /we million "true" shares (the last 300 that are supposed to exist).
So there are tons of companies that already have synthetic shares existing, it is fine for the system to continue in this fashion until something forces there to be only a certain number of shares in existence (a recall, or something else). At which point synthetic short positions would have to close for the process of the recall to be finished
