It's a 2 story house with what looks like okay square footage. The main problem is that it probably has no yard due to greedy developers smashing a bunch of prefabricated homes so close together, and it's probably overpriced as fuck in the current market. What they paid for this house they could have paid for a house with an actual yard and a bit more square footage someplace else.

That said, if you've never actually owned a home and your parents didn't own their own home then owning something like this would seem like an extravagance. Most people would call it a starter home though. Except on social media, where everyone house is a dream house.
