I work at chipotle.Yesterday a customer made me REMAKE HIS BOWL THREE TIMES. The first time I asked if he wanted mild, he nodded then said he didn’t want it. Then he made me remake it, then two more times because we were waiting for ingredients (this was like 9:30 pm). I swear I was joking that I made his food for the third time, it got to cash and he walked away and did not purchase it. I was literally speechless and no one else noticed because they were too busy preclosing
