Usually when a dev launches a non-scam shitcoin, he will revoke ownership of the token contract, meaning he can no longer edit it. You can launch a token while retaining ownership of the contract, but that means that you can change it at any time, eg by making it impossible for anyone but you to sell tokens, or by minting 1000000x the total supply and giving it to yourself to drain liquidity without looking like a whale from the outset. Basically, the PPL contract doesn’t look like a rug right now, but the dev still had the ability to edit it so that it is a rug at any time

There was a vote in telegram, doesn’t mean anything though. But they openly said they want to keep utility and not renounce ownership. They are open about it. No one has to buy it if they don’t want to. If they really want to develop a crypto game that would be great. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
